Acne Treatment We utilize both topical medications and dermabrasion for treatment of active acne blemishes and acne scarring. We use a step program for the treatment of active acne. We also use an aggressive approach in the treatment of rosacea (for adults). This is performed at the Berea facility and results are immediately reviewed with you after the test is concluded. Weight Management and Nutrition Counseling All doctors at Patient First are well-trained in the use of weight loss drugs if appropriate and also have a dietician that can discuss your specific needs. It's not the diet that's difficult - it's sticking to it that is difficult. Our weight management programs are designed for the individual, based on your lifestyle and the foods you really enjoy, but in the right proportions. Whether you choose to use medication or not for your weight loss, you will receive the tools you need to make the lifestyle changes you want. Even when done by a professional health care giver, a person runs the risk of infection. However, when you come to Patient First, you can be assured that you will receive sterile treatment when it comes to ear as well as body piercing. Auto Accidents and Workers Compensation We are BWC certified physicians and any forms that need to be filled out for BWC or for your claim are taken care of. In addition, we feel that just because one of our patients happens to get into an auto accident, they should be treated like our other patients with a medical complaint. Her at Patient First, we fill out any forms that need to be given to an insurance company and cooperate with any attorney if you have one. DOT, Pre-Employment and other Physicals We perform DOT/truck driver physicals along with the required DOT drug and urine testing. Our drug screening (immediate and confidential) can be done in our office with the results given to you within five minutes. We have a room dedicated to obtain a sample that cannot be adulterated. In addition, as many people in the Berea area can attest to, we can get your child in for a sports physical on a walk-in basis if necessary, with very little waiting. Immunizations We provide all routine pediatric and adult immunizations. We are a certified yellow fever vaccine site in the state of Ohio and we have extensive travel vaccines. Pediatric
